It all started with a good book.

My interest in nutrition began after reading a book by a clinical nutritionist. It showed me that small changes can make a huge impact … and the rest is history. Seven years, a full-time job, two kids, and a whole lot of study later, I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, my second undergraduate degree.

My love of nutrition is balanced with a strong sense of caution around ‘wellness’ industries. Without the science-based evidence and research, your health is at risk. That’s why all of the advice here is backed by peer-reviewed knowledge.

Small talk, social media, coriander, going slow - I like things now!

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Honesty, strong coffee, short emails, routines, and Nutrition advice that's backed by scientific evidence only.

I BELIEVE IN:

As a clinical Nutritionist, I help individuals and workplaces cut through the noise with clear, practical strategies that fit real life. Whether it’s an employee who wants more energy to get through their day, or an HR manager looking for a wellness program that actually sticks, my role is to make healthy change achievable, enjoyable, and effective.

Even though we all know what we eat affects our health, most people struggle to turn that knowledge into change. That gap - between knowing and doing - is where I step in.

With over ten years’ experience as a marketing specialist in Perth, I bring a pragmatic, no-fluff approach to my work as a Nutritionist and speaker. My method is simple, structured, and always grounded in evidence. Every recommendation - whether it’s dietary guidance, a functional test, or a tailored resource 0 is shaped by both clinical experience and the best available research.

I’ve taught nutrition at the university level — an experience that sharpened my ability to break complex science into clear lessons. My teaching background underpins my work today as an educator and speaker, whether I’m in a lecture hall, presenting to a corporate team, or leading a workplace wellness workshop.
